#111 dbt: assert_fiscal_calendar_is_loaded fails on real D365 (5 entities) — remaining governed-build blocker

Problem

After [#105] unblocked the governed consolidation build (errors 2 → 1), the remaining failure is tests/assert_fiscal_calendar_is_loaded.sql: 5 entities that have GL data carry a fiscal_calendar_id that is not present in silver_fiscal_periods. Because the konsol governed build runs dbt build (test-gated), this single failing test keeps it from reaching ERROR=0 — i.e. the "Run Pipeline" button still won't complete end-to-end.

Root cause (separate from [#105])

Fiscal-calendar coverage gap in the real D365 ingest: entity_fiscal_calendars references calendar ids that were never loaded into silver_fiscal_periods.

Fix (to decide)

Either ingest the missing fiscal calendars into silver_fiscal_periods, or exclude/handle the affected entities. Investigate which 5 entities/calendars and whether they have consolidation-relevant GL.

Acceptance

dbt build --select +tag:domain:consolidation completes with ERROR=0 on real D365 data.

Surfaced while verifying [#105] (PR [#108]).
