[Konserve-general] PATCH: Better layouts in designer-generated dialogs

Hi.

I sent this mornig an email contaning a patch to configurationdlgbase.ui, but 
is catched at the moderation queue because it was too large, sorry.

This time, I'm sending attached another (compressed) patch against recent CVS, 
that modifies all konserve *.ui files. All of them lacked a "global" layout, 
so when you resize the window, it can shrink, and the text doesn't shows. 
They also didn't look properly to users with big screens, because normally 
those users have bigger fonts. 

I have write access to KDE's CVS, so I can apply the patch myself, but I want 
Florian, or someone else to review it first, please.
