As with another password program (Infocryptor) it would be great to be able to enter rich text (different font colours and sizes) in the notes/entry-view section.

This makes it much easier to find the relevant text you're looking for....

That's fine, but if you allow pasting of rich text, then you must also allow "Paste as plain text". If I'm copying something from a rich text source I don't necessarily want to have it in KeePass as rich text.

The ability to bold, underline or italicize would be very helpful, as well as text color, and highlight color for the notes area. Many of my note areas are extensive, and finding a specific item would be much easier with the proper formatting. The ability to paste into the notes area as plain text is also very helpful.

KeePass 2.08 has a built-in editor for rich text (RTF) attachments. Supported are different fonts, font sizes, text and background colors, text alignment (left, center, right), standard styles (bold, italic, underline, strike-out), and various other operations.

By double-clicking into the attachment column of the main window, you can conveniently open the attached RTF file.

The notes field will continue to be a plain text data field.

    Thanks and best regards
    Dominik
