#816 Password expire date/time auto updated when password changed

Set the duration the password will be valid, then when
you change the password, the expiration date/time will
update with the next date/time the new password will
expire. Example: If I say a password is good for 90
days, and I update the password, the 90 days will
restart from today's date.
