#503 Asterisk in titlebar please before file name

Hi Dominik,

you added an asterisk (*) as an indicator if a file
has changed. Thanks for that one! You also added
full path suppport for the window title.

With full path, the asterisk can often not be seen,
depending on path size and window size.

Could you please place it before the file name and
path? Thanks.
