My previous passwords were all stored in a text file. When I discovered this useful software and attempted to transfer all the passwords, I didn't notice that during my copy-paste process, unexpected invisible characters (possibly a line break or something else, I don't know) were added at the end of the passwords and usernames.
This causes me to always encounter errors when logging into many websites or apps, but there are no errors when I enter the information manually. It was only later that I realized it was because blank characters had been stored.
I would like to add a new feature where, when creating a new entry, the invisible characters at the beginning and end will be automatically removed, or a prompt will be given regarding the invisible characters.
After all, generally speaking, no one would include blank characters in a password, and no website or app would allow blank characters in a password, would they?
Besides, I am still troubled by blank characters at present. Because I have no way of knowing which of my entries I accidentally added blank characters at the beginning and end, I cannot see them or search for them (using Ctrl+F). Only when I try to use automatic input and find that I cannot log in, will I realize that this entry might have had blank characters added. I hope this pain point can also be resolved for me, which is how to batch remove blank characters from the existing entries.
Best wishes!
Please don't post the same thing twice, we do read all posts, sometimes we are on holiday. :)
