I would like some groups ordered by Title and some order by default entry order defined by me. Currently, it seems that all groups are . I like the up/down/none caret to indicate the Title sorting - so keep that.

Having a sort order by group / view would significantly complicate the database or config file. If you save the view in the database then you need to save the database after every view change.

Personally I would not want this level of complexity for the sake of a prettier view.
