Autotype start delay required for Wayland/KDE
A lightweight and easy-to-use password manager

On KDE Wayland using KPUInput plugin, when I use autotype feature it starts typing before I can activate the window where the typing needs to go.
If the keepass window closes, it activates the last open window, but it minimizes instead, and doesn't activate the last open window. So, I have to activate it with a manual click.
I need a configurable delay to make sure I can do that before autotype starts.

I believe this is due to a bug in KDE Plasma not activating the previously active window when non QT windows are minimized, and I have submitted a bug report.
There was a similar bug report for wayland applications on KDE, so it may already be fixed when Plasma 6 releases?
Many thanks for submitting the issue to the KDE developers!
It would be great if you could let us know when it's fixed.
Best regards,
Dominik
Fixed in KDE/Plasma 6.0
When the keepass window minimizes prior to autotype, kwin now activates the previously active window and typing is performed as expected.
Ok, wonderful; thanks!
