#2717 Identify what records changed when using Synchronize

Use Case: When you sync a conflicted copy of a KeePass file it does the task without any identification of what has changed.
Solution: It would be useful to a user to be able to see what will be (or what has) changed.
Alternatives:

1. Tag the record(s) that changed with a tag such as Conflict_YYYY-MM-DD, or
2. Display the record(s) about to be changed in a list and ask for confirmation, or
3. Write the changed records to a log file (messy)
