When provided the option to Open a database, the available Web Storage options does not have a specific option for SYNC.COM. This is a fully end-to-end encrypted file storage service.
No.. I am not trying to promote Sync.com. I was looking for an online storage space that had pretty solid security and end to end encryption vs price. I want to drop my OneDrive and Google Drive storage so no spying or control by the deep stinking left.
If you have another suggestion, I am all ears.. Thank you Paul. Your product is an awesome tool and your knowledge regarding security in this area boggles my mind... (thumbs up)

KeePass should work fine via the sync.com desktop app without any special support. When synchronizing to multiple devices we recommend using the synchronization scheme described in the Info Synchronizing with Dropbox / other PC synchronization software. Automating this synchronization scheme using the trigger is convenient but not required.
At this time it looks like sync.com has desktop apps for Windows and Mac, and mobile apps for Android, iPhone, and iPad. If you use Linux you are probably out of luck. Sync.com does not support the FTP or WebDav file transfer protocols or networked drives. I did not see any indication that sync.com has published an API for third-party access to their service.

Todd,
When you say it is working with SYNC.COM, what did you do different? I'm stuck at how to do that with the open database field is only for a PC folder path. Thanks in advance, Mac

wellread1 - my apologies for sure for the previous misstatement on my part
I intended to say I found upgrading the free Sync.com version to the Individual Pro Solo 2TB paid version provided the ability to place a sync.com folder accessible within Win Explorer just fine: https://www.sync.com/pricing-individual
sorry . . . again , it looks like I was attempting promote sync.com where I rather I simply intended to highlight the version differences making the local folders possible.

No other service access is included in KeePass. Why should this be added?
Or are you just trying to advertise on the sly?
cheers, Paul

There are some plug-ins for more mainstream cloud storage if you want full integration.
Have you tried TeamDrive (Synqion in the US) for free encrypted storage?
cheers, Paul

Never mind about the feature request...
Thank you ALL

You need to use the Sync.com desktop app (www.sync.com). It will create a folder on you device that should be accessible using a PC folder path.
wellread,
Thanks a bunch. I realized I needed to purchase the Keepass Solo Pro version to gain the option to create a folder in win explorer.
KeePass Solo Pro not an official release of KeePass. A google search did not turn up anything by that name.

Thanks, that is a helpful clarification for anyone using sync.com.
