Please extend the option (UIFlags 65536 - "Hide built-in profiles in the password generator context menu of the entry editing dialog.") or add another option, that will also hide the built-in profiles when using the password generator natively like from the tray bar.
I don't know any user who needs to generate hex keys or mac addresses.
There may be scenarios in which these may be useful, but not for the vast majority of users.
In a list with your own profiles make this the list unnecessarily full and confusing.
Greetings
Tom
Is there any way to hide or remove the default password profiles for hex key and mac address? I can't imagine that anyone actually uses these, so it would be nice to be able to permanently delete them or at least hide them. Apparently, this used to be an option because I saw a YouTube video where the host was able to delete them, but in the latest version of KeePass on Windows, the delete button is grayed out. Having to constantly skip over these entries is very annoying, so having a way to remove or hide them would be a blessing. Thank you.

Being new to KeePass, I did not fully understand the first message in this thread, but now it makes sense to me. For anyone else in that boat, I found the answer in the official Customization (2.x) (keepass.info) options under the heading Specifying UI Element States. After changing UIFlags in the configuration file (KeePass.config.xml) from 0 to 65536, the built-in profiles are hidden from the dropdown list displayed when clicking the Generate a password button while editing an entry. Unfortunately, they are not hidden from the dropdown list in the password generator dialog itself, but being able to hide them from the initial dropdown list is still helpful.
