Allow user to change the background color of an entry when selected. Currently it is light blue (Win10). Similar to how you can now change an entries color background when not selected. Of couse this would be global. Thanks
That color is determined by Windows, not KeePass. This tutorial should help you find the relevant settings.
OTOH, if you want set custom colors for each entry (or perhaps a darker version of the selected non-highlight color), that would require modifications to the program.
