#1976 Make 'Edit Entry' window resizable

The 'Edit Entry' window is not resizable.
Sometimes i have to dump lots of relevant info's into the 'Notes:' field. Even so it is the biggest field in the 'Edit Entry' windows, it is not sufficient. Everything longer than 60-characters is displayed in the next line.
The 'View->Show Entry View' display's it correctly.

I usually have to copy the notes into a normal text editor, to then modify the notes and paste them back.
Adding scroll bars would be OK, but very could be annoying to scroll left-right, and up-down in the the small 'Notes:' field.

Making the entire 'Edit Entry' window resizable would be fantastic. Everybody else, i assume would not care anyway.

There is a plug-in to resize KeePass V2.
