Higher icon resolution for high dpi environments

The Keepass GUI scales very good with different DPI settings. All the dialogs and fonts loog good and nothig is shifted out of place. The only problem I have using Windows Keepass 2.28 @ 120dpi is that the icons look really blurry. This concerns the default Keepass icons as well as any icons I add to my keysafe. I guess Keepass only stores them in the resolution used by Keepass @ 96dpi.
I would like Keepass to store its icons at a higher resolution or make the icon resolution something that can be changed in the settings. This would Keepass look perfect in higher than 96dpi environments.
The icons seem to come from here. It should thus be no problem to replaces the Nuvola icons with higher resolution ones.
I've now added 48x48 versions for most icons. This is a trade-off between icon resolution and executable file size. The icons should now look sharp up to 300% DPI (beyond this, the 48x48 icons are scaled up), and the file size increases by about 600 KB, which is acceptable for this feature in my opinion.
Here's the latest development snapshot:

Testing is very welcome! Please report any issues that you encounter (especially: wrong icons, incorrect scaling, etc.).
The icons in the Import and Export dialogs are not available in high resolutions. Apart from those, all icons should look sharp up to 300% DPI.
Thanks and best regards,
Dominik
