I want to print out the master password to a QR code that I can keep in my physical wallet.
To unlock, I would only need to show this QR code to my webcam.
That is unlikely to make it into KeePass because you need to take account of the various ways to scan QR codes, so it would make KeePass rather large for only a small benefit.
Can your webcam do something with the code, like launch a program? Then you could get it to launch KeePass / open an existing session.

Are you referring to SQRL? https://www.grc.com/sqrl/sqrl.htm
That's a brilliant solution! (from a brilliant guy)
It does have disadvantages, which probably explains why it hasn't been taken up.
