#1726 Disable User Account (1024) does not honor "Remember key sources..." setting

Would it be possible to adjust the behavior of the "Enter Master Key" dialog" so that when Disable User Account" (1024) setting is used and "Remember key sources..." is set, the WUA check box is set appropriately for previously opened databases?

Currently KeePass 2.22 does not remember to check the "Windows User Account" box in the "Enter Master Key" dialog for those databases that have been previously opened and that use the "Window User Account" and where "Remember key sources (key file paths, provider names,..." is set, but where "Disable User Account" (1024) is set in the KeyPromptFlags.

This behavior is subjectively different from the "Disable key file" (512) behavior, where the key file path is remembered and the check box is set, provided that "Remember key sources (key file paths, provider names,..." is set.

I use the the "Disable user account/key file" settings to simplify the "Enter Master Key" dialog, and rely on the "Remember key sources..." setting to remember the correct key source values for the master key during database open/unlock.
