You could add a dummy file generator that generates files that can't be distinguished from databases.
Storing the real database file(s) under such dummy files would increase security. An attacker would need to know which file is the correct one. He could waste much time with a dummy file.
This sort of obfuscation has been discussed at length and considered unnecessary.
