Hotfix: If you enable "Require password on resume" on the "advanced" tab in "Power Option properties" then Keepass locks down. You might need to set a password for the user account if there is none set.
The "power option properties" can be acces from the screensaver selection dialog by clicking "Power...".

This is an issue if you sleep/hibernate but do not require a password to resume. Because KeePass is asleep it does not notice the time has passed the "normal" lock time.

The option doesn't mention hibernation. Detecting hibernation will require extra code, so this isn't a bug.
