I'm a Linux newbie and after using windows of various flavours for one and a half decades, decided it was time for a change..... Vista just doesn't impress.
Anyway, have also been using a Password Manager (no Linux version available) for a lot of that time and succeeded in importing the database from this version into the windows version of KeePass ok just to make sure that this was going to be possible before trying the Linux equivalent.
Well, I've downloaded and installed KeePass in Ubuntu but for the life of me, I can't see how to start the program. Could you please outline in simple terms how to run KeePass in Linux? I just can't find a way to do this. In anticipation of your help, thank you all very much.....
Cheerio,
Mal.

I can't help you with your problem as I don't use Linux. I would like to ask you how you imported your data into KeePass?
Thanks.
Start any shell and type
>keepass
(without the > ), at least this is how it works on my SUSE Linux installation.
