I instaled on my mobile IOS, MiniKeePass. This app will not aviable after 2020. I sent to my Mac. But I don't know how I can open and copy or expert to other security passwords app.

To open a KeePass database on your Mac try KeePassXC.

See this post for alternatives to MiniKeePass.
This blog has a recovery method if you can't reload MiniKeePass.

The developer of KeePassium has written a migration guide from MiniKeePass to KeePassium. The instructions describe exporting a MiniKeePass database which is generally applicable. The same developer has also written a comparison of KeePassium with competing apps.
