Hi - trying to migrate a huge personal pwd file to KeePass 2 - it's now in CSV format, but when I import only the "standard" groups are actually created and imported. I have a number of "custom" groups that don't get imported. Any hemlp would be appreciated

You need to put the groups in the correct format. See the example on the CSV importer page.
