    Hi,

I've always have this problem, so it's not a regression. But now I would like to get rid of it.

The fact is I use AutoExec to open an FTP database.
The connection to the FTP site is OK.
The opening of the database always ask me to type the username, whereas it is correctly typed in the locUserName field in AutoOpen... The password is automaticaly entered without a problem.
My username has a form like username@domain.eu (maybe it is the problem...).

Can anyone find a clue to make it work ?

    Thanks,
    Laurent

Have you tried the user name without the domain suffix - just username?

Yes, but it's of no way. It behaves as if there's no locUserName field...

When AutoExec tries to open the database, it opens a dialog box where I'm obliged to type the username, because the field is empty (username or username@domain.eu work either).
In the AutoOpen entry, the fields locPassword and locUserName are well written.
    Where's my error ?

    Thanks,
    Laurent

I suspect you don't have the FTP credentials stored in the KeePass config.
Open the file manually once and allow KeePass to save the IO credentials.

I apologize for the delay of my answer.

I've tried multiple tests based on your idea (with complete shutdown of KeePass), but none of them have worked.
At this time, when I open the FTP database, I've just have to enter the password of the database, and it opens quietly.
But when I go through AutoOpen, with the same login in locUserName and the same password in locPassword, it always asks for me to re-enter login (but not the password, which is automoatic).
I can't understand what is going wrong.

    Any other idea ?

    Thanks,
    Laurent

Can you try to open the same database using a trigger instead. It will help determine if the issue is with KeePass or KeeAutoExec.

    cheers, Paul
