I recently upgraded to Windows 11 and now I'm unable to rearrange (move) entries. The right-click menu options under REARRANGE are greyed-out. And the keyboard short cuts of ALT + UP/DOWN ARROW do not work. Any ideas?

Only unsorted entries can be rearranged. Set the Entry List view to No Sort in the KeePass menu View>Sort By. You can also set the Entry List view to No Sort by clicking on a column header until the entry list is not sorted (none of the column headers display an ascending or descending sort order indicator).
