Keepass causes BSOD

On three occasions "closing" the Keepass2 interface has crashed my machine by way of a BSOD.

Is there a way to figure out what exactly caused this.

Please advise.

This is probably a previously reported bug. See https://sourceforge.net/p/keepass/bugs/1891/.

Revert to v2.38 until we have a fix.
