For example I want to include characters Upper-case, Lower-case, Digits and also one Special character - "?". I checked those first three boxes and added "?" in the filed: "Also include the following characters", then saved it as "myprofile". The problem is that when I auto change new password on the website with KP sequences, it never includes the "?" character, only uses default - "Derive from previous password" set: Upper-case, Lower-case and Digits. I can't set "myprofile" as default profile, "Derive from previous password" is always default.

Derive from password is always available and is based on the characters in your existing password. There is no guarantee that it will contain any of the character types in your current password because it is a random generator.
How do you "auto change" the passwords?
Are you using the profile option in the generator?

Then how do I set my custom profile as default? I want to include Upper case, Lower case, digits and "?" characters and when I change password with KP (I use Auto-type and then setting like - password-tab-newpassword-tab-newpassword-enter) it uses not my created profile with "?" sign, but "Derive from previous password" which may not include "?" or any other settings.
If it could allow me to set my profile as default instead of "Derive from previous password", I think it would also work when I auto change password.

newpassword accepts profile names.

Ah, I didn't look at this. Now it works but it sometimes includes the special "?" sign, sometimes not. How to force to always include?
Using the selctions MAY include your chosen characters. As generation is random nothing is guaranteed.
You can only guarantee characers using a pattern.

I would use use this pattern and set the "randomly permute" option.
