I installed Keepass 2 a few days ago after reinstalling a fresh version of Win 10. Unfortunately, when I try to open the program either directly or by opening an associated .kdbx file nothing happens except a brief flash of the blue "working" circle on the cursor. I'm not sure if I may have messed up some required Windows system component (I get an error when trying to install .Net 4.6 Advanced Services), or diabled a prerequisite service (I set some to Manual startup when trying to fix a different problem); I'm pretty sure this is a Windows problem as something similar is happening with another application I have installed.
If anyone here could point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated. If not, I'm just going to nuke the drive and try again.
Thanks!

I would look in the Windows Event Log, under Applications, to see if there is a relevent error message. That will give you more information than us guessing.
cheers, Paul
