I understand how to print one group. Can you tell me how to print more than one group at the same time.
How do you select 2 or 3 groups at once

    • Display all the entries of interest In the Entry List View Pane.
    • While pressing the Ctrl key select each entry that you want to print. To select entire groups select the group heading (make sure 'View>Grouping in Entry List' is ON or Auto).
    • Right click on a selected entry.
      • Select 'Selected Entries>Print' from the context menu.
      • Configure the print job as desired.
      • Press 'Print..."

Not sure what I am doing wrong. I can only select one group at a time. By holding the Ctrl key down I still can only select one group. If I try to select a second group name the first Group is deslected. I am trying to print only select groups. I can print one group at a time but if I want 2 or 3 groups to print on one page doesn't seem to work. I have done what I am trying to do but can't remember how I did it.

You can't select multiple groups in Group pane. You must select groups in Entry List pane (to the right of Group pane.)

You need to select the groups in the middle pane.
I put the cursor in search box and pressed Enter. Now I have a list of all entries in the middle pane, Ctrl click selects the ones I want.

    cheers, Paul

RE: Not sure what is ment by context menu. (sourceforge.net)

A context menu is the menu that appears when you right click. It shows options that are appropriate to the current context.

Select "Selected Entries" from the context menu.

Wow. Thanks for all the help. I got it now.
I also found a way to get what I want by saving ALL as a HTML and then edit out what I don't need using Word. It then prints out with the group names intact.
Thanks again for all the help.
