Windows has probably lost track of the default browser. Exit Firefox then restart it. If Firefox prompts you to set it as the default browser then set it as the default. If Firefox does not prompt when it starts, then edit the Firefox options. In the General section, check Always check if Firefox is your default browser and restart Firefox.
You can also set the default browser in Windows settings. To update the setting, navigate to the default apps settings page.: Start Menu>Gear icon (lower left)>Apps>Default Apps

Please confirm that you are reporting three different problems related to mouse double-click actions in KeePass:
The username is not copied to the clipboard if you double click on the username field of an entry in the entry list view pane (main KeePass window).
The password is not copied to the clipboard if you double click on the password field of an entry in the entry list view pane (main KeePass window).
The web page does not open in the default browser (Firefox) if you double click on a valid URL in the URL field of an entry in the entry list view pane (main KeePass window).
Are any other mouse double-click actions disabled e.g. does double-click on an entry's title field open the entry for editing?
Does the problem persist if you exit KeePass and restart it?
Does the problem persist if you reboot the computer?

It is possible to set the Clipboard auto-clear time (seconds) to 0 seconds in Tools>Options>Security(tab)>Options(section). Doing this disables the KeePass clipboard.
