Even yesterday, everything worked!
Today i can't open program.

Windows 8.1, framework installed (4.5.2 and 3.5).

What i did:
Reinstall keepass
Try portable and installed kepass
Try old versions
Reinstall/update framework
Start keepass form admin
Start keepas in compatibility mode

Some other programs require .NET (example Boxcryptor), working good.
What the problem?!

I can't migrate to 1.X version because i can't start 2.X to convert DB file....
Only keepass can open KDBX files?

I had a similar problem testing the other day - I only had 2 files in the KeePass directory. Fixed it by copying all the DLLs and sub folders from the portable version zip file.

i reinstall keepass many times, and use portable too.

I would repair / re-install .NET.
