I like using ctrl-v to log into websites so a keylogger can't get my password.
But if a keylogger get's my password for Keepass master, then they have all my passwords.
Is there any way to open Keepass without typing a password ?

Yes, you could use key file component of the Master Key. But each of the alternate Master Key components come with their own complications, and each can be defeated on a compromised computer.
My recommendation is to enter your master password on the Secure Desktop and take all ordinary precautions to prevent your computer form being compromised. Activate the KeePass Secure Desktop feature by checking 'Enter Master Key on Secure Desktop' in Tools>Options>Security(tab)>Options(sections).

Using Ctrl V to logon does not stop key loggers stealing your password. Drag n Drop is potentially more secure, but modern key loggers steal data directly from your browser.
