I am a long time basic user of Keepass 2 (Windows 10 64 bit) and in all the years I have found that the font size of virtually all aspects of the product is a bit small. I can't find any setting to amend it though. Am I missing something obvious. I don't want to change the Windows settings since everything else is configured to my comfort.
Thank you in advance.

The font face and size of the KeePass 2.x main window (group, list, & entry pane) can be set in 'Tools>Options>Interface(tab)>Select List Font(button).'
The font face and size of the fixed sized modal dialogs use the system font, except the password field which can be adjusted in 'Tools>Options>Interface(tab)>Select Password Font(button).' It is not likely that other font size of the modal dialogs will be made scalable.
If you wish to be able to scale most elements found in the Add/Edit dialog, try the KPEnhancedEntryView plugin. This plugin displays and permits editing of entry data fields in the KeePass entry pane which using the List font.

Thank you and thank you. That makes such a huge difference to me!!! And I love that plugin. I wasns't aware of it at all. Will be great for making access to custom fields that little bit easier :)

I have to come back to this question. I think the font is really hardly readable on Win 10. I try to migrate from PWSafe - but given the poor font - i am hesitating. Are there any options to adjust the font/parameters without changing those in windows?
I added an attachment to explain what I mean.
The font size of item 2 (entry list font size) is adjustable in Tools>Options>Interface(tab)>Select List Font(button). The entry list font is sharp with KeePass 2.38 on my Windows computers. If you are dissatisfied with the font sharpness, check or optimize your Windows ClearType settings.
The font size of item 1 (database name) is fixed to the system font.
The font size of item 3 (a rendered web page) seems irrelevant.

Another thing I noticed about your screenshot is that the KeePass window is using anti-aliasing, but for some reason, your browser isn't. These days with larger screens and smaller pixels, most people prefer anti-aliased text, but apparently you don't, so check out this article: How To Disable Font Smoothing In Windows 7/8/10
(Normally, this is a choice made in Windows itself, and all programs are supposed to obey it, but your browser is either igoring it or has its own internal setting. In the case of KeePass, it uses Windows code to render its text, so it'll always do what Windows tells it to do.)

This also depends on the font. On the latest Windows systems, 'Segoe UI' is the default font for list and tree views, and Windows by default enforces anti-aliasing for this font (independent of the ClearType settings you choose). For other fonts like 'Tahoma' or 'Microsoft Sans Serif', this is not enforced.
Best regards,
Dominik

Thanks guys for the quick responses - based on T. Bug Reporter's advice I played with the windows and registry options. Everything is now crisp and clear!
@dreichl If possible, add the default font name and size to the docs here. (Maybe a list somewhere of all the defaults? Too much?) It didn't take too long to find this, but docs/FAQ was the first place I looked, and I think it was just lucky that you happened to mention the default font name here (but not the size). Thanks from a long time user.

There are no other options.

I think it would be great if one can change directly the string-field fonts, without additional addons like KPEnhancedEntryView.
