Hi there,
in the last years I recommended keepass to many of my customers and friends.
Most of these users are not very into technical issues like software updates and mostly I am the one who has to run the keepass updates.
To make it more easy updating keepass, I suggest to simplify the update process.
The good thing is, that keepass shows updates on startup but it would be fine to implement a function within keepass to run the update process directly, without opening the browser, searching the download file, download, unzip and install.
The second and even more difficult issue for users is to update language files. Users are not familiar to overwrite files in the Windows program folder and they usually don't know, which file to download and in which folder to overwrite the existing but outdated language file. If there would be a function to update language files within keepass, it would help those users.
Best thing would be, to update language files by running the keepass update. The update function could check the existing language files and update them.
Best regards
Roland

I agree that the update process is not very good, but there isn't much reason to update unless you want the latest features.
