[Solved] When I start my laptop (Windows 10), KeePass starts and asks for the password. It don't want it to ask for the password on startup:
1) Integration tab: run JeePass at Windows startup = enabled
2) Remember and automatically open last used database on startup = enabled
3) Advanced tab: start minimized and locked = enabled
It doesn't happen if I disable the setting "Remember and automatically open last used database on startup", but the consequence is that I have to select that database on first use.
Is there a way to get around that, so on Windows startup, start KeePass minimized and locked and also use the last used database without opening it and asking for a password?
Thanks
JP

If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
My setup doesexactly what you want, so you may have a second start up command that runs after KeePass is loaded. Run MSINFO32 and select Software Environment > Start-up Programs. Or run Sysinternals Autorun.
cheers, Paul

Sorry late reply, I expected to be notified when a reply was posted, but I wasn't.
Anyway you solved the problem, there were indeed 2 startup comments. When I disabled the option in KeePass there was one left. Found it in the registry but it kept on coming back with each restart. Then I used this article to find all locations. Deleted all of them, enaled it again in KeePass and now the problem is solved.
Thanks!

KeePass can be started automatically using a Windows batch (.BAT) file. No need to enter a database name or password.
