I have a keypass db file stored at shared location and it is being accessed by many users to access the password in flows. The create, get and update works fine if the Keypass process is closed on the shared system. When the keepass db file is open on the shared system and if someone tries to update the keepass db file it creates two entries with the same name in the keepass.
e.g., if title is first and username, password is first -->
After update operation the title is updated with first and userame and password is updated with second if keepass db file is closed and the keepass process is closed on the shared system.
If the keepass db file is open on the shared system it will create 2 title with username and password.
Let me know if there is any other possibilty to update the db file without closing the keepass process and update the db file?
Awaiting for responses.

Your users are probably using Add Entry to create a new entry rather than Edit Entry. It is also possible to create duplicate entries if the database is being updated using import. If one of these issues does not appear to be the problem please provide addtional details.
What edition and version of KeePass are you using KeePass 1.ver# or KeePass 2.ver#?
Describe the exact steps needed to reproduce the problem. For example:
"An entry is opened in the local database for editing by selecting Edit>Edit/View Entry... from the KeePass menu and...
...
Finally the modified database is synchronized with the shared database by selecting File>Synchronize>Synchronize File... from the KeePass menu and ....
