I have created a new plugin to show the "Recent Files/Open Recent" menu on the systray icon.
It is useful at least to me, because I have to use two different databases on a daily basis.
This is the (maybe) correct way to submit plug-ins. You are really just telling us that the plug-in exists and Dominik usually adds them to the plug-ins page on the KeePass site. Nothing is guaranteed, of course.

Hello there,

Anyway, the code is open-source, and available here:
https://github.com/fdbeirao/KeePassTrayRecentFiles
I published it as a PLGX file, as recommended per the documentation.
The code is just one source file, with a couple of lines, if anyone with greater experience wants to read it and improve it, feel free.
Kind regards,
Is this the correct way to submit a new plugin? I couldn't find any instructions on how to submit a plugin on your help page.
I have seen some other plugin submissions here that were replied by Paul and then added to the plugins page.
If this is not the way, would you please let me know how can we submit a new plugin?
Kind regards,

Yes, this is the correct way and I'll likely add your plugin in the next few days (as soon as I have a bit time to have a look at it).
Thanks and best regards,
Dominik
Thanks for developing this plugin! I've now added it to the plugins page:
