Title bar gone when window is in reduced size

Hi,

when using KeePass in Fullscreen mode, everything is fine (A). But when the window is reduced, the close and maximize buttons disappear (B).

Is there an option do I need to toggle? The behaviour is quite recent.

Have you tried rebooting your computer?
If you have plugins, try removing them. (Move them to a folder outside of KeePass and restart KeePass)
