I wanna delete an entry from the Entry Dialog itself, rather than going back to the List UI. How can I achieve that? Is there any way to customize the dialog using plugin or something?
Can't be done in the Edit screen.
Pressing Esc and then Delete will do it easily.

How often does one need this function ?
You could write a plug-in to do this, but as Horst said, why?

May I suggest changing the Title to DeleteMe255?
That will prevent the entry from being matched for Autotype. You can also search for deleteme in case you have accumulated entries that you you want to delete.
