No, KeePass doesn't have mail capability, although you may be able to do it via an external program like Blat.
There is currently no trigger for expiring passwords, only an option to show them when you open KeePass.
Was this for personal use or to be notified when others passwords expire?

You can subscribe to specific tickets (which for KeePass means Bugs or Feature Requests), but not to specific threads in the Discussion forums (Help and Open Discussion); here, you can only subscribe to an entire forum at once. Also, you are automatically subscribed to any ticket you post to, and this can't be turned off. This is why I don't allow any eMail from SourceForge; there's not enough granularity in the controls.

Does the keepass forum have the capability to email a notification to the person who opened the discussion when there is activity on the topic?
