    Hey all!

First, I wanted to say thanks for KeePass and the continous updates.

Problem: I cannot save my database on Autotask Workplace (Cloud). Once I save the DB within an Autotask Workplace folder, it disappears.

    What do I do?

    Thanks in advance,

    Matthew

We recommend you save locally and sync to a cloud file to prevent these sorts of issues.
    https://keepass.info/help/kb/trigger_examples.html#dbsync

To fix your problem, try turning off "Use file transactions...", under Tools > Options > Advanced, File Input/Output Connections.

    cheers, Paul

I have the same problem but with google disk.
I used the old version of Google sync plugin because I still use windows XP. After updating the keepass my Google sync pluging stopped working it is not compatible with current version of KP. I can’t update my pluging because it uses the frame work that is not compatible with windows xp. And now I lost my synchronization. I tried to use other plugings that are listed on the site but I failed. I would be very grateful for any solution of sync KP & Google disk.

Now its starts to find that its not a good idea to stay with outdated unsupported OS.
You will have more such problems in the future.

Fortunately my OS works as a clock and I don’t have any problem with it. Everything works good and stable. Moreover I am not planning to change it for such crutches as windows 7 or 10. I have only difficulties with sync KP. If it’s not possible I will not upset!
