Hi !
Can I achieve somehow the behaviour of KeePass 2.0x HideInEntryWindow (Options: Remember password hiding setting …)?
In "Add Entry" dialog, this sets the toggle button for "Hide Passwords behind Asterisks".
May be there is an undocumented option for the ini-file ?

Set these options in KeePass.enforced.ini
KeeHideStars=True
KeeHideUserStars=False

Thanks for the answer, Paul.
But these are only the options for "View, Hide User Names …" and "View, Hide Passwords …" in the list view..
What I want is not to toggle the password-fields in the Add Entry dialog (asterisks off, clear text on) for every new entry.
In KeePass 2.09, this is done by the Option, Advanced and "Remember password hiding setting in Edit Entry window".
Is there a possibility in KeePass 1.17?

Not that I know of, maybe add a feature request under Tracker?
