An ever increasing % of my entries are configured for 2FA in addition to the traditional User / Password combo. It would be useful if I could create a column in which I can flag (YES / NO , or color) indicating visually that the specific entry requires the user to use the Authentication device.
New idea ... or am I missing something useful in the existing View > Configure Columns option?

You could do it by changing the icon.

I don't know how to change the icon, but you could change the foreground and/or background color using the Properties tab.
Right Click > "Edit Entry (Quick) > Color"
This works perfectly for me! All my 2FA entries are now highlighted with a common color.
