I had my Keepass in Dropbox but some of my files are corrupted, I want to download it on my phone or get it back on my desktop

    I had my Keepass in Dropbox but some of my files are corrupted so now I do not have access to Keepass. I want to download it on my phone or get it back on my desktop. How do I do this?

    What error message do you see when you try to run KeePass? Where is your password database (.kdbx file) stored?

    It is stored in Dropbox and I can not get to it until Dropbox restores my data. But on my desktop icon it gives me this: C:\users\ Betty\Dropbox\Rebecca\NewDatabase.kdbx and says this file could not be found'

    Is DropBox technical support restoring your files for you? If so, you will need to wait until they complete the task.

    You need to invest in a backup. Once a week is the minimum I would recommend.

      Yes, we have a backup. Just was behind on doing it. Getting thru year end stuff.
