I have some following questions regarding Keepass. Please assist me.
1) Do we get admin activity logs and what information is available in the logs eg: who, when, source IP, what action did the user do,
2) Do we get user activity logs and what information is available in the logs eg: who, when, source IP, what action did the user do, what password did the user add / edit/ delete or view
3) Is it possible to create a read-only user for a database just to be able to view passwords ?

No for all questions.
KeePass is not a multi-user database and so there is no need for all that.
