Drag&Drop and Default group

Hi, I have 2 questions:
1) is there a way to disable drag&drop of groups? I want to prevent that a user accidentally drags a group inside another one, or an entry in another group
2) is there a way to open Keepass always on a default group insted of the last selected during a change?

KeePass allows any changes once you unlock the database. Make regular backups to recover from user error.

KeePass opens the group that had focus at the last save. Persuading users to select the required group before saving might be difficult.
