    Hi,
I transferred my keypass database (v2) to my Android after initially creating/filling it on my PC (I used a Master Password only!)
It worked all right and I can open/see everything on my Android.

After makeing updates on my Android database, I copied it back to my PC where I now cannot open it anymore (despite unchanged Master Password).

Can anyone please help what I have to do, to Transfer/open the database again from my PC
Thanks for your Support in advance

Most likely the copy from your Android didn't work. How did you copy the database?
Are you sure it is your database file?
Have you unintentionally ticked a box in the master password window - you should only have master password ticked?

    cheers, Paul

Thanks for your attempt to Support my Problem

I copied (already several times now) with the regular File Explorer (from Win 8.1)...and it is the .kdbx database (the same I initially copied from Win to Android....updated in the Android)
I did tick the box "Master Password" and did enter the Master Password (and nothing else was ticked)...however, I receive the error for the .kdbx file: "Failed to load the specified file! The File is corrupted"

on the Android I still can open the database and review its content...

maybe I should add, that I a also tried to overcome the problem by creating a new database on the PC and attempted to import the data from the copied .kbdx-database...which also did not work

      Any clues?

The "file is corrupted" message implies the copy failed for some reason. Can you email the database to yourself?

    cheers, Paul

I keep a copy of the database on a web site and my 'droid opens the file direct from the URL. Saves having to copy the file back and for and I can sync any changes to my PC version easily.

    cheers, Paul
