Request for a sales contact for the U.S. District Courts

I am the executive assistant to the I.T. Best Practices Working Group for the U.S. District Courts. This group has been tasked with recommending the top password vault systems for use by the 93 districts of the U.S. District Courts. That research has been completed and the group is ready to publish their findings. With the information from the working group's report, each district will determine which password vault system will work best for their organization. KeePass is among those password vault systems which will be recommended. I've been asked to obtain the name and contact information for a sales representative to publish in the report, who will be able to provide information to representatives of these federal courts who have questions about the product, subscription rates, etc. Your assistance in providing such a contact will be greatly appreciated.
