On my Windows application of KeyPass I can hit Ctrl+H for unhide/hide the passwords.

It would be nice if the memory protected values displayed in the information panel below the list unhides also. Should be configurable for others that don't want.

Using the KeePassEnhancedEntryView plug-in you can click on the "eye" to unhide specific fields.
