I had KeePass 2.34 running well on my Win Vista x64 SP2 computer. Last week I had to restore Win Vista to it's orginal factory condition, due to some file corruption. When I tried to re-install KeePass, the installer wouldn't even start.Same thing happened when Adobe Flash Player wouldn't re-install on FireFox. But thank goodness the portable KeePass version works on my computer.
Any ideas why the installer wouldn't start?

Perhaps you just have an old, tired computer that needs to be replaced? Your "file corruption" problems may be more than a factory restore can fix.
Thanks
