I dunno maybe it's just me, but I think Keepass need a email field not as a custom entry but in the main console area I guess. I used keepass for many different website and I find email is one of the most important pieces of info. Please PLease add it to the main window. I will I was a programmer then I would help with this.

As said in previous messages, additional fields will not be supported in KeePass 1.x but since KeePass 2.x will support Custom Fields, you will be able to add such a field. I'm waiting for KeePass 2 final too, mainly because of the email field.

Put the account number in the Username/Password field with spaces where the parts should be, then use Auto-Type to break it up when using it.
Auto-Type: {USERNAME}^+{LEFT}^+{LEFT}{DEL}
cheers, Paul

Not true! For example, Acronis uses the email address as the user name. Many other sites do also.

Can't you put your email address in the User Name field? I do that quite often.
Email in the user name field? Where do you put your user name then?
viva la standard (non custom) email field
email is not a standard field, you use username and password for login.

I have a frequent flyer program that breaks down its account number into three parts. How can it be accommodated without the ability to add entries?
