.lock file gets created everytime I try to access it. I am 200% sure I entering a correct passwords. Is there any way to decode the file so I can recover my lost passwords? I'm sure I will never use this app again ever

You shouldn't blame the app for loss of data until you have exhausted all other possibilities.
We have yet to see a genuine case of KeePass losing data.
